Train services in Cumbria have been cancelled or delayed due to heavy flooding on lines.
Northern said the line between Whitehaven and Carlisle were blocked due to flooding in the Aspatria area so services had been suspended.
Network Rail engineers are on site and the disruption is expected until at least 3pm today, Tuesday November 4.
It said there was also flooding at Appleby Railway Station earlier, but all lines had reopened.
However delays of up to an hour were possible.
