Cumbria Under-18s set to start County Championship

Cumbria start their County Championship programme at Under-18s level on Sunday.

They will travel to the Lymm club to take on Cheshire (ko 4pm).

Cumbria have named a squad of 21 players, nine of whom will be making their age group debuts.

The squad is: Jack Johnson (Kendal), Owen Ackerley (Cockermouth and Keswick Ospreys), Will Butler (Wigton), Seb Smits (Wigton), Ashton Quigley (Ospreys), Alfie Deans (Wigton), Johnny Swallow (Kendal), Alex Palmer (Carlisle),Ollie Newton (Penrith), Flynn Manihera (Wigton), Ellis Holliday (Wigton), Luke Cuthbertson (Kendal), Logan Jamieson (Austin Friars), Liam Barr (Kendal), Frazer Williamson (Wigton), Charlie Ducie (Hawcoat Park), James Clark (Penrith), Henry Bowman (Penrith), Matthew Bowe (Wigton), Josh Wilson (Ospreys), Oscar Butler (Wigton).
