
Officers in Cumbria are appealing for information on people currently wanted by police.
The appeal was launched as officers take action over the festive period to tackle criminality, with this appeal aiming to progress investigations ensuring those who commit crimes in this county are brought to justice.
Since the appeal was launched on December 1, six people have been arrested and one has been found.
Detective Inspector Dave Howard, of Cumbria Constabulary, said: “We have issued this appeal for the publics assistance in locating the individuals.
“We have officers out in our communities looking for these individuals, but public information always will be important in assisting our work to ensure we secure justice for victims.
“The appeals are connected to ongoing investigations covering a range of crimes.
“People in Cumbria know where these individuals are. Please pick up the phone and contact Cumbria police or do so anonymously via Crimestoppers.”
The people wanted this winter are:
- Jordan Aston, 29, is wanted for robbery following an incident on 23 September. They have links to Barrow.
- Mark Young, 28, is wanted for recall to prison. They have links to Carlisle.
- Phoenix Clark, 22, is wanted for recall to prison. They have links to Workington, Distington and Whitehaven.
- Jack Ellis, 25, is wanted for possession offensive weapon, malicious communication and breach of a court order following an incident on 24 November. They have links to Barrow.
