A person has been seriously injured in a collision on the A66 involving a car and HGV.
It happened at around 3.15am on Sunday, November 30, westbound on Stainmore.
The collision involved a red Volkswagen Polo and a white Iveco HGV.
One of the passengers in the VW Polo was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
The other occupants were taken to hospital but their injuries were not thought to be serious.
The HGV driver was uninjured.
Police are appealing for any witnesses to the collision or anyone who may have dashcam footage from around the time of the collision.
