Katia Kouyate’s loan spell at Spennymoor Town has come to an end and the forward will now return to parent club Barrow.
The 22-year-old made eight appearances in all competitions for the National North side and scored one goal, hitting the net in the FA Cup win over Chadderton in September.
Spennymoor have thanked Barrow for their support and wished the Bluebirds and Kouyate all the best for the future.
Manchester-born Kouyate, who plays on the left or as a central striker, had 13 years with the Everton youth system before linking up with Barrow last season and has played 21 times for the Bluebirds.
Meanwhile, the Spennymoor midfielder Mitch Hancox has returned to The Brewery Field following the expiry of his month on loan with Morpeth Town, who are with Workington Reds in battling to avoid the drop zone.
