
A renewed appeal has been issued for witnesses and dashcam footage following a collision in a South Cumbrian town.
Officers from Cumbria police’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit are asking for people to come forward after the incident in Ulverston on Wednesday at around 7.25pm.
It happened near the town’s Coronation Hall on the A590 and involved a grey VW Golf and a pedestrian – a man in his 60s.
Police are seeking to identify witnesses and are keen to speak to anyone who was on the A590 between 7.15pm and 7.30pm.
Anyone who thinks they may have any relevant dashcam footage from these times and the moments leading up to the collision is asked to come forward.
