A sinkhole has appeared in a West Cumbrian car park.
The sinkhole appeared earlier this morning, Sunday December 14, in Seascale.
It has flooded half the car park and the entire facility is closed to all vehicles.
Highways workers are already on site.
Cumbria Crack has been told that it is planned to fence off the affected area so the rest of the car park can be used.
It is not known when the car park will reopen.
