A man has been charged with attempted burglary following an incident in Workington.
Police said they received a report yesterday, December 17, about the incident at an address on Blackburn Street in the town.
Deri Hendren, 40, of Fisher Street, Workington has been charged with attempted burglary of a dwelling with intent to steal.
He was due to appear at Carlisle Magistrates Court today, Thursday December 18.
