
A man has been banned from shops, pubs and having spray paint in public for two years.
Keith Dalzell, 53, of Wilson Street, Workington, was given a criminal behaviour order by magistrates.
Cumbria police’s Allerdale Neighbourhood Policing Team said it secured the order on Wednesday.
Criminal behaviour orders are issued upon conviction and include prohibitions to prevent criminal and anti-social behaviour.
The punishment for breaking the terms of a criminal behaviour order can be up to five years in prison.
Dalzell must not:
• Enter Soul Junction bar, Workington
• Enter Rewind bar, Workington
• Enter JJs Sports Bar, Workington
• Enter Windmill Lane, Cockermouth
• Enter Sports Direct, Workington
• Enter Co-operative, Main Street, Keswick
• Be in possession of a can of spray paint in a public place
• Not to have any open canisters of alcohol in a public place
