Tributes to motorcyclist who died after A6 crash

Tributes have been paid to a 38-year-old man who died after being involved in a collision on the A6.

Joseph Hough, known as Joe, aged 38, of Morecambe, died following the collision involving a motorbike he was riding and a Ford Focus on the A6 near Mossdale Services near Carnforth at around 11:35am on Saturday January 3..

His family members said: “My brother and friend. It is with a heavy heart that I share the passing of my beloved little brother “Bear” Joe.

“More than a brother, you were my best friend, confidant, and a constant light.

“Life feels quieter and empty now, but your memory will live on in the stories and moments we shared. Rest in peace, lil bro.”

And:

“Uncle Bear.

“Uncle Bear was a man of deep faith, integrity, and warmth. He was a constant source of joy in the good ones.

“His legacy of kindness will never be forgotten”.

Anyone who saw the collision or has information which man help officers are asked to contact police.
