Carlisle United looked like ending the day top of the National League again.
But they were denied by a goal in added time which gave hosts Solihull Moors a 3-3 draw.
Perhaps the most disappointed man on the field was Carlisle’s Irish striker Georgie Kelly who had scored a hat-trick, helping the Blues come from behind to lead late on.
Home keeper Laurie Walker had done well to save Kelly’s initial effort after only three minutes but the rebound was knocked home by the Carlisle striker.
Then two goals in 11 minutes by Darius Lipsiuc swung the game Solihull’s way. He was in the right place on both occasions to fire past Gabriel Breeze ahead of the half-time break.
It was Kelly who got Carlisle back on terms after 66 minutes when he smashed home a cross from Harvey Macadam and five minutes later completed his hat-trick when he knocked home a cross from Chris Conn-Clarke.
