A person was punched in the face near a fast food restaurant in Carlisle.
The incident took place on Tuesday January 13 at around 6.45pm on Kingstown Road, near Subway.
During the incident it was reported a man got out of a red Transit van and punched the victim in the face.
Officers are appealing for information on the van which had ladders on the roof and a partial VRM of SW65.
