A teenager riding an ebike was seriously injured in a collision with a car.
The incident happened on Rampside Road, the A5087, in Barrow, near Peasholmes Lane, at around 7.35pm yesterday, Wednesday January 28.
The collision involved a Surron electric bike and a red VW Move Up city car.
The rider of the bike, a teenage boy, was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
The driver of the car, a woman in her 20s, was uninjured.
The road was closed for a number of hours while a forensic collision investigation was carried out.
