Firefighters spent several hours rescuing a cow stuck in the mud.
On Friday, crews from Keswick, Penrith and Workington fire stations were called to the incident close to Threlkeld, near Keswick.
Cumbria Fire & Rescue Service said: “Working with a vet, large animal rescue team and the farmer, firefighters were able to get the cow ‘moo-ving’ using people power and on site machinery to free the animal over the course of several hours.”
