
The A66 will be closed eastbound overnight from Penrith to Brougham for tree and shrub removal from Monday.
National Highways is preparing for the A66 Northern Trans-Pennine project.
It will clear trees and shrubs mainly around the east of Kemplay Bank roundabout, between the A66 and the A686 from Monday, February 16.
Work is scheduled to be completed by Wednesday February 25.
Overnight lane closures will be in place on the A66 eastbound while the work is happening.
