Police are investigating a hate-related public order offence in a Barrow bed store.
Officers said three male children entered the town’s Benson’s for Beds store at around 4pm on January 23 and were acting in a ‘generally anti-social manner’.
It was reported that as they left the store, one of the children said several homophobic remarks about a man.
One of the children is described as having short curly hair and was wearing a dark tracksuit.
Police are looking for any witnesses to this incident, and anyone who may be able to identify any of the three children.
