The draw for the semi-final of the Fred Conway County Cup has thrown up a repeat of last year’s final.
Carlisle City will entertain Penrith in a tie which has to be played on or before Saturday, March 14.
The two county rivals are set to meet this Friday in a Northern League clash under the Gillford Park lights.
The other tie sees the lowest-ranked team left, Kirkoswald of the Westmorland League, drawn at home against Workington.
Kirkoswald have not played because of weather postponements since they shocked Carlisle United in the quarter final.
But they will be hoping to pull off another surprise and reach their first Cumberland Cup final.
The draw for the Women’s County Cup semi-final has also been made with the two most fancied sides paired with each other.
Penrith Ladies have been drawn at home to the holders Workington Town Women while the other semi-final sees Whitehaven Ladies at home to Abbeytown.
