Two people have been arrested following a break-in at a Carlisle phone shop.
Cumbria Police were called out today, Thursday March 5, at around 5.20am by a member of staff at the city’s O2 Store, who reported damage and a suspected break-in.
Officers attended the store and a man and woman have been arrested.
A 37-year-old man of no fixed address was arrested on suspicion of burglary and drink driving.
A 24-year-old woman from Carlisle was arrested on suspicion of burglary.
Both remain in police custody this morning.
