The 0.26 hectare site on the west side of Keldwyth Drive, Ambleside Road in Troutbeck, is listed with a freehold guide price of £120,000-plus at the auction being held by Clive Emerson Auctioneers.
The auction ends on Thursday March 26.
The land is in a cul-de-sac surrounded by existing housing.
Auction appraiser Becca Flint said: “This land offers potential for alternative uses, subject to the necessary consents being obtainable.”
