The Sun Inn in Aspatria has held a ladies singles competition and a cracking afternoon of darts was enjoyed by all.
There were 21 entries – all doubled up – and there were some very close games as the ladies battled it out for major honours.
Pam Hind reached the quarter-final in both halves of the competition while the other quarter-final places were taken by Julie McGarvie and Leanne Howard.
Both half runner-up was Chrissy Manley while the overall runner-up was Emma McGarvie and the winner Liz Humphries.
Organisers thanked everyone who played or just supported – John Wightman for running it; Matthew Glencross for offering assistance in marking, Ann Scholey for helping to promote it and CJH Ground Works and Construction for their sponsorship.
The date of the next ladies tournament will follow.
