Walkers are reminded that a section of the clifftop walk at St Bees remains closed due to a landslip.
A landslip in December made the path unsafe in the area of St Bees lighthouse and Cumberland Council issued the temporary closure notice until a long-term solution is found.
Whitehaven Coastguard Rescue Team issued a reminder that it remains closed as the spring arrives and more walkers are likely to attempt the route, which is part of the Coast to Coast and the King Charles III England Coast Path.

Diversions are in place for walkers.
