Police have clarified the details of an arrest officers made in Carlisle after a video began being shared.
Carlisle police said they arrested a man following an incident on London Road at around 4.20pm.
They said a man was banging on a door, climbing a building and using offensive language.
A man in his 20s was arrested on suspicion of racially aggravated public order.
However, police said, he was released with no further action taken.
They said they were aware of the video being circulated.
Carlisle police the arrest was not in connection with a man wearing a flag.
