Firefighters tackled a vehicle blaze on the M6 yesterday.
Crews from Carlisle East, Longtown and Gretna stations were called to the incident on the M6 southbound between Junction 45 at Gretna and Junction 44 at Kingstown yesterday, Saturday April 18, at around 2pm.
The motorway was closed while crews extinguished the fire.
