Four of the seven games in the Cumberland County League on Saturday were cup fixtures as the various divisional matters have been settled.

In the Ken Glover Memorial Trophy, Workington Juniors trailed visitors Cockermouth at half-time but came back to win 3-1.

Luke Graham had given Cockermouth the lead but second-half goals from Tommy Whitehead (2) and Matty Stephenson earned the Juniors their win.

In the League Cup tier two Aspatria travelled to Northbank and came away with a 3-1 victory.

The Premier Division side, who led 2-0 at half-time, scored goals from Darryl Creighton, Andrew Trestianu and Richard Hudson.

Division One runners-up Northbank replied through Sam Rae.

Two other games were played in the League Cup at tier three level and there were wins for Unisun Youth Development and Whitehaven reserves.

Unisun won 2-1 at Silloth through Finn Graham and Khalid Azeez with Jackson Slack on target for the home side.

Whitehaven reserves beat Windscale reserves 4-1 to complete a very good day for the County Ground club as their first team had recorded a fine 4-0 win at CMB.

Joe Martin and Shane Tyson scored a brace apiece for Whitehaven.

Premier Division champions Unisun completed their programme with a 3-0 win over Mirehouse as Josh Morley, Shane Dorward and Ben Atkinson found the net.

Also in the Premier Division Wigton Harriers beat Cleator Moor Celtic reserves 4-1. There were goals for the Harriers by Jed Graham (2), Harvey Harrison and Robbie Woodbiurn while Celtic, playing their final League game, responded through Jake Martin.

Cockermouth reserves played their final game in Division One and beat Bransty Rangers 2-1 with both goals from Troy Patterson. Liam O’Pray netted for Bransty, who still have one league game left.
