A 14-year-old cyclist has been seriously injured in a collision in South Cumbria.
The incident happened at around 8am today, Friday May 1, on Windermere Road in Kendal.
It involved the boy and a van.
The boy was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
The road was closed for a period of time while investigations took place.
