The fallout from Barrow’s relegation to the National League has continued at Holker Street.
Now five more members of the club’s backroom staff have left, including assistant head coach Graham Coughlan who was only brought in to help manager Sam Foley in the closing weeks of the season.
The other assistant head coach Simon Ireland has also left along with first-team coach David Worrall, goalkeeping coach Ali Uzunhasanoglu and head of medical Karly Bland, all with immediate effect.
The departures follow a pledge by the Barrow owners to make changes for next season, and have announced they are conducting a process to reset and realign the club.
Counting player Foley, who stepped up in the final weeks, and caretaker Neil McDonald, Barrow went through five men in charge during what proved to be a dismal season.
