Excellent turnout for Maryport Darts League presentation

There was an excellent turnout for Maryport Darts League’s presentation held at sponsors Maryport Bowling Club.

League secretary Mel Scott said: “There was a massive thanks to Barbara and her team for keeping us all hydrated.

 “We had some superb entertainment from the amazing Anne-Marie Jackson and a special thanks to all the venues who have taken part this season and held competitions. We are already looking forward to next season.”

  • League winners: Miners Arms. Runners-up: Silloth Bowling Club.
  • Team KO winners: Miners Arms. Runners-up: Sun Inn A.
  • Singles winner: Zane Alderson. Runner-up: Trevor Frith.
  • Ian Maclachan Doubles winners: Mark Sloan and Mike Weaver, Miners. Runners-up: Steve and Dan Sewell, Bowling Club A.
  • David McKnight Doubles Winners: Mark Sloan and Steven Ostle, Miners. Runners-up: Ken and Matty McCartney Sun Inn A.
  • Fours Winners: Miners. Runners-up: Sun Dial.
