A man has been banned from causing a nuisance on a Workington estate for 12 months.
Reece Weaver, 27, of Workington, was sentenced for breaching an initial anti-social behaviour order.
Magistrates gave him a four-week custodial sentence, suspended for 12 months.
Allerdale police secured the 12-month extension of the anti-social behaviour injunction on June 16.
The injunction means Weaver must not:
- Engage in conduct which causes or is capable of causing a nuisance or annoyance to persons residing and/or lawfully visiting the locality known as Westfield as marked on the map.
- Enter any private land or garden without the occupier’s express permission.
- Engage in any conduct which causes, or is likely to cause, harassment, alarm or distress to any person.
- Use any insulting language towards or threaten violence towards any person.
- Cause any person to fear the infliction of harm.
- Harm any person by the direct application of force against them.
- Be under the influence of alcohol or drugs in a public place.
- Have any open container of alcohol in a public place
Allerdale police said if anyone sees Weaver breaching any of the conditions, they should report it.
