An 88-year-old man who had collapsed while out in the Lake District and was struggling to walk was rescued by passers-by.
Keswick Mountain Rescue Team was called to the incident near High Lodore Farm on Tuesday July 7 at around 3.20pm.
The callout came in while the team was already dealing with a previous rescue.
Two walkers raised the alarm after coming across the man.
He had walked from the Derwentwater lakeshore beyond Ashness Bridge and was making his way down towards High Lodore Farm.
The walkers started to help him walk down towards the farm before calling for help.
Keswick Mountain Rescue Team attended and assessed the man before assisting him down to the farm.
The man was then taken to Keswick Minor Injuries Unit for a check-up.
The rescue involved 10 team members and took one hour and 54 minutes.
