Appeal after horses manes cut in Workington

[S]ometime between 5pm and 7:30pm on Tuesday 2nd May 2017, two piebold horses have had their manes cut whilst grazing in a field near to Thomas Amstrong’s concrete plant on Derwent Howe in Workington.

Anyone one with any information to contact police via email on [email protected] or on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
