[F]rom Monday 4th September, Cumbria Sexual Health Services clinics are changing.
A telephone triage system will replace walk-in clinics.
Instead of going down to the clinic to be assessed, Cumbria Sexual Health Service are now asking that you call during the first 45 minutes of their opening times detailed above.
You will speak directly and confidentially with a nurse who will determine whether you need to be seen that same day.
If you do need to be seen you will be offered an on-the-day appointment. If you don’t need to be seen that same day they can book a future appointment for you.
This makes it is easier for you to speak with a nurse without the need to go in to the clinic, saving you time and travel. If you would like more information please call your nearest clinic.
