[A]t 5:12pm on Sunday 7 January firefighters were called to a fire at the rear of a property on Union Street, Kendal.
A spokesman for Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service said: “The fire involved a wood store which had spread to the soil pipe, guttering and gas flue.
“Crews extinguished the fire using a hose reel jet and checked the outside of the property using a thermal imaging camera.”
