[A]llerdale council crews have been unable to collect rubbish and recycling from a number of areas today due to the snow.
Customers are advised to leave their bins and recycling out for collection as our crews will try to revisit properties. However, this depends on the weather and road conditions.
If they are unable to return before the next scheduled collection then excess waste will be collected if placed beside the bin.
In order to assist with the catch-up we have decided to suspend all garden waste collections on Monday 5th and Tuesday 6th March 2018.
