Firefighters tackle Scotby barn blaze

[A]t 12:23pm today, Tuesday 8 May firefighters were called to a fire in a disused barn in a road off Steele Bank, Scotby.

A Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said: “Crews used two hose reel jets to put out the fire.

“They were at the scene for one hour and 30 minutes.”
