Police want to speak to these men

[O]fficers investigating a serious assault outside a Carlisle nightclub have released CCTV of two people they would like to speak to.

A 16-year-old boy from Stockton-on-Tees was assaulted when a male smashed a glass in his face outside House of Vodka on Thursday 26th April at approximately 11.30pm.

Two males were involved in a discussion with the teenager prior to the attack.

Police would like the public’s assistance in identifying the two persons pictured in CCTV footage.

One of the males is described as being approximately 50 years old, of heavy build with a bald head. He was wearing a brown jacket and was approximately 5ft 8.

The other male is believed to be aged in his 40s with short hair that is dark but greying. He was wearing distinctive red trainers, jeans and a blue jumper.

The two men are believed to have been drinking inside House of Vodka prior to the assault.

Anyone with any information is asked to email [email protected] or call 101 and ask to speak to PC 2429 Wheatcroft, quoting incident number 286 of the 26th April. Alternatively you can contact Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
