Organised by Carlisle City Council, Upperby Gala, will provide fun for all the family on Bank Holiday Monday (28 May), between 1pm and 4pm.

The free event will be held at Hammond’s Pond. This year’s programme will include a vintage vehicles Parade and hands on activities from Carlisle College and Tullie House.
