[A] man convicted of theft offences has been banned from entering Workington Shop Watch businesses.
Stephen White, 36, of Garth Road, Workington, appeared at Workington Magistrates’ Court on 8 June and was convicted of four shop theft offences.
He was fined for each offence and ordered to pay compensation.
He was also made subject of a two-year Criminal Behaviour Order which bans him from entering Workington Shop Watch premises. He is also barred from entering any Asda in Cumbria.
White risks a prison sentence if he breaks the terms of the court order.
