[A]t 4:53pm today, Tuesday 17 July firefighters were called to a house fire on Cumrew Close, Carlisle.
A Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said: “Fire crews, two wearing breathing apparatus, rescued one person from the property before extinguishing a fire in a bin using a hose reel jet.”
