[A] Penrith man has appeared at Carlisle Magistrates Court accused of causing criminal damage to a trainer valued at £50, an alleged assault by beating on a female and possession of a hand-held item capable of discharging an electrical shock and alleged Taser gun on Castle Drive, all three allegations relate to July 31, in Penrith.
Johnny Macaulay Ian Noble, 22, gave his address as Grove Court, Penrith, he entered a no-plea to the allegations.
He was granted conditional-bail by Carlisle Magistrates until his next appearance on September 12, at Carlisle Crown Court.
