[O]fficers from British Transport Police are releasing a CCTV image following a hate crime on board a train between Euston and Edinburgh. The incident occurred between 18.15 and 18.47 on 13 July.
A BTP spokesman said: “During the journey, a man became verbally abusive to passengers and the train guard, during this he made homophobic comments.
“The man left the train at Penrith station.
“Officers would like to speak to the man in this CCTV image as they believe he may have information which could help the investigation.”
