Police searching for missing North Deighton man, Neil Smith, have issued new photos as they continue their enquiries to find him.

Neil, 55, was last seen at 11am on Monday 3 September 2018 in the Leeds Road area of Dewsbury.

A spokesman for North Yorkshire Police said: “He is believed to have travelled to the Penrith area in a black BMW 1 Series (Reg number PN12 CRU).

“It’s also possible that he has travelled on to Scotland as he has camped there in the past.

“Neil is described as around 6ft tall, of large build with a bald head and was last seen wearing shorts and a t-shIrt.

“Officers are very concerned for Neil’s welfare and are appealing to anyone who may have seen Neil or knows where he is now, to contact them.”

If you think you might have seen Neil, or have any information about his current whereabouts, please contact North Yorkshire Police on 01904 618691, press option 1 and pass information to the Force Control Room. If you have an immediate sighting of him, please call 999.
