On the 21st February officers carried out a stop and search on an individual in the area of Woodghyll Drive, Carlisle at approximately 10:30am.
A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “Sergej Aleksandravicious, 19, from Manchester was charged with possession of class a drugs with intent to supply.
“Approximately £4,000 worth of heroin and crack cocaine was located on the individual.
“He was remanded in custody to appeared today (22nd February) at Carlisle Magistrates Court.”
