Police are investigating after the body of a man was found in water close to Media City Metrolink stop, Salford Quays at around midday on Monday 22 April 2019.
A GMP spokesman said: “There are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances surrounding the death. It is currently being treated as unexplained.
“The scene at Salford Quays has now been closed.
“Forensic work and further enquiries are underway to establish the man’s identity.”
