At 8:37pm yesterday, Sunday 21 April four fire engines – two from Ulverston, one from Grange and one from Windermere attended a domestic building fire at Buck Yeats, North Lakeside.
A Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said: “The fire was in an attic on the 3rd floor and fire crews used four breathing apparatus, one hose reel jet and one thermal imaging camera to extinguish the fire.
“Crews were at the scene for just under four hours.”
