At 5:02pm yesterday, Monday 30 April three fire engines from Barrow, Ulverston and Walney attended a fire on Ewan Close, Barrow-in-Furness, involving a domestic ground floor flat.
A Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said: “Firefighters used two breathing apparatus, one hose reel, and one positive pressure ventilation fan.
“Crews were in attendance for thirty minutes.”
