Brough Community Primary School Fundraisers (BEST) have come up with a unique way for parents, friends and party-goers to start the Festive Season, whilst raising much needed funds to enhance the opportunities for the pupils at BCPS (Brough Community Primary School).

On Saturday 30th November the acclaimed Carlisle based HIGHLY SUSPECT Theatre Company present an evening of dining, drinking and murder with HAPPILY NEVER AFTER – A Festive Murder Mystery (18+) at Brough Memorial Hall, Brough.

The Pantoland Bar will be opening from 7pm for a complimentary welcome drink followed by a two course festive meal,  with a delicious main dish and scrumptious pudding whilst Highly Suspect entertain you with their brilliant murder mystery, with carriages before midnight!

One upon a time Cinderella wished to go to the ball.

Her magical fairy Godmother cast a spell and soon Cinderella met her handsome prince and they lived happily ever after…

At least that’s how everyone thinks the story goes. In fact, in the enchanted land of Pantomime things are not quite what they seem. When Fairy Godmother is found dead, it looks like a fairytale killer might well be on the loose.

During this brilliantly entertaining evening you get the chance to play sleuth, interviewing the suspects, sifting through the evidence and trying to crack the case.

Lexie Ward, Artistic Director of Highly Suspect said ‘we are thrilled to be performance our classic festive murder mystery show in the Upper Eden Valley for the first and we are delighted to be helping the fabulous Brough Community Primary School raise much needed funds whilst giving folk a great night out!’

Phil Cooper Head of BCPS added ‘our fundraising committee chaired by the wonderful Karen Thompson love to do something different to support our school and this evening is a fine example of great entertainment and fun fundraising, so come along and join us’

Highly Suspect do all the hard work and you can sit back relax and enjoy, or get as involved as you feel comfortable with. To book simply call 0333 666 3366 or go to https://www.ticketsource.co.uk/best
