Police investigating aggravated burglary in Carlisle

Police are investigating an aggravated burglary in Carlisle that happened in the early hours of this morning (11th February).

At about 1am police were called to an address in the Moorhouse Road area of Belle Vue, Carlisle.

A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “The unknown male offenders have threatened the occupants before taking personal property. No one was injured in the burglary.

“A number of detective officers are working to investigate this incident.”

Anyone who may have witnessed anything suspicious in the area at the time, or anyone with information is urged to contact 101, quoting log 7 of the 11th February.
