Police are asking Barrow residents to remain vigilant following a report of arson on Quarry Brow, Barrow.
Offenders have entered a field containing livestock and a caravan at around 8pm on Saturday 7 March 2020.
The offenders have then set the caravan alight, the resulting fire entirely destroyed the caravan.
It is then thought that the offenders have then made off on foot. Thankfully, no persons or animals were harmed during the incident.
Anyone with information on the arson or who may have seen anything suspicious around 8pm on the 7 March, are asked to contact PC 2693 HODSON at Barrow Police Station or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
Officers from the local Neighbourhood Policing Team are available for anyone who would like further crime prevention advice.
