Police are investigating an incident of criminal damage on High House Road, St Bees, at 4:25pm on 6th May 2020.
A large scratch has been caused to the bonnet and driver’s door of a Kia Sportage.
A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “A man and woman were seen in the area at the time and both were seen running in the direction of High Walton.
“The man is described as being white, mid 20s, 5ft 11, short hair wearing dark coloured shorts. He was bare-chested with a white t-shirt around his neck.
“The woman was also white, late teens, 5ft 6, long hair, wearing black shorts and a sports top.”
