Police are investigating an incident of assault which has occurred at approximately 10:25pm on the 18th June.
A man was assaulted on the grassed area near to Duke Street, Cleator Moor.
A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “The victim was kicked in the head and sustained a number of injuries.”
